Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms for riders and drivers.

Rider Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled ride or day booking, the following refund policy applies based on when you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time.

When You Cancel Refund Amount
Within 5 minutes of booking 100% refund (full fare + processing fees)
24+ hours before scheduled pickup 100% refund
12–24 hours before pickup 50% refund
6–12 hours before pickup 25% refund
Less than 6 hours before pickup No refund

Additional Details

  • Day bookings follow the same cancellation and refund policy as regular rides.
  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable for rider-initiated cancellations, except when cancelling within 5 minutes of booking.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Driver Cancellations

When a driver cancels a ride or day booking for any reason, the rider receives a 100% refund of the full fare including all processing fees. No cancellation fee is charged to the rider.

Driver Subscription Policy

Driver subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your current tier benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.
  • At the end of the billing period, your account will automatically revert to the free Starter tier.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or re-subscribe at any time.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
